Brunners in Brooklyn

Merry Christmas!

December 25, 2009 · 3 Comments

This is our first family Christmas in New York.  Last night we had a video chat with Mema and Grandpa, then with the entire Brunner family which helped us feel a little connected to family……but it isn’t the same as being there.  We’re getting together with friends in the building later today–

Merry Christmas, everyone!

Merry Christmas, Todd, Kate, and Sam. You’re right. There’s no place like home on the holidays. We missed you all. Last night Steve and Beth and the kids, Dad and I and Ian all went to 7:00 service. It was candlelight. This morning Frank and Jen went to our church and had a very long sermon, 50 minutes, by one of the older retired pastors. They said they’ll never go at that time again. Love to all. We miss you.

So how come you cut off the video before we got to see Kate & Todd running in the circle yelling ‘Merry Christmas’?
