Today it snowed for the first time this year and we decided to take Sam on a short trip to the store so he could try walking in it. His comment when seeing it on the ground? “White!” Here are some photos we snapped of him wandering the park–first with a little bit of snow and then the next day when there was a lot of snow on the ground.

I don’t know why but this is fun to watch Sam interact with snow the way 10os of generations ahead of him (that had nice snowsuits) did. Something so simple about kneeling down in front of good packing snow and making fun things happen.
